stable + heavy bleed or >36wks = vaginal delivery
unstable, severe, hypoTN, dic, severe late decel = emergency cesarean
stable + controlled/small bleed , + far from term = observation inhospital
what do you do for:
stable + heavy bleed <36 wks = ????

induce vaginal del.
after giving dexamethasone.
the patient is heavily bleeding and she would die of DIC or hypovolumia if allowed to go on til 38th week. there is no indication of CS as long as mother and fetus are reassuring (stable)
