You didn't mention what kind of help you needed...... Did you not match this year? Are you trying for the 2009 match? Maybe if you would elaborate a little on your situation.......

USCE is important and you can prepare Step 3, trying to get a high mark (above 90) to show that you still have potential to do well on the exams. If both of your Step 1 and 2 got low marks, that means you need change your study methods. Like most people's said, the best methods are probably doing lots of questions. You may need repeat UW many times, at least 3 times. Some other good methods may include making notes and watching videos. Any way, you need figure out the most effective way to study.

gc holder and a fresh grad...u have 2 things in ur favor ...i think if u get the USCE (which u possibly have coz u have 3 US LORs) and some really strong lors that hint on how good u are at work, meaning practically..then u defintiely have all the chance in the world...when u hear about 99/99ers not matching, the only corollary to draw is that something else was important that they didnt have, just work on those things and u'll be fine....never lose heart...good luck

KEY WORD: USCE Try getting osmething hands-on. For example, I worked as a MEDICAL ASSISTANT. Some offices are very busy, and wont require you to get certified. They'll accept your medical credentials, and give you the job with a decent pay eg 13-17 dollars/hour. Its great hands-on. Most MDs love to use you as their office monkey. I was doing minor procedures, obtaining histories, physicals, etc. And it's a great way to start off an interview. Job can be found by looking in monster.co or careerbuilder.com. Good luck........
