hi all..i m taking my exam in late july and done with 70% of IM(kaplan),20%of ped and questions for both....can I make it with part time job?20hrs/week?so confused...

Depending what I get Sunday 27 in NBME I will put the day for the REAL EXAM.

So lets hope Im in the high 400's

Hi frnds....
I have been watching those videos of Kaplan Highlights course..Now I`m doing with gyna and psych ones...I found them good really nod

.I think they r considered a suitable tool for rapid review and better than just boring reading grin

Has anyone tried them?

I have been reading the flashcards 200 dx for step2-3 from kaplan/ fischer

They seem simple but they explain very basic concepts very good.
Who has hear anything form them or has another opinion about it?

Also of the new stuff i knew 2day is the (Deja review for usmle).It is a book of 1st edition not well known among usmlers;but ppl say it is a good source for rapid revision..any comments?

egy, i feel the same! in high school i could pull all nighters w/o having a gram of caffiene the next day...n' now, i sleep like my grammie...man am i getting old!! shaking head

kleo, pls dont talking about underlining *LOL* All my textbooks from med school are highlighted & then on top underlined with red pen, there's no white on my pages, all yellow....so OCD? you? nah....

planning to take it in july Inshaallah, but still in the scheduling process confused

, hope I can get some date soon....

you may start gathering the resources for step 2 ck [ books, DVDs,....] and so on, so once you get your results you can start studying immediately smiling face

Anybody who had looked at my FA step1 book could not stop laughing...my sister says that I ruin my books grin

...but i really feel this helps me retain more!

I would like to join too. Seems you guys are quite motivated. Count me in. My exam date june /july, inshaallah. done with 2 readings still have to do peds (2nd read) doing UW again.

Also not done with psychiatry, and of course lots in IM.

.Dont forget to tell us ur prep sources.

To SCARELESS.....U have donw with IM;so u already prepared to answer more than 75% of test questions;IM is the main bulk of exam nod

...Then U still have time.I think U it`s better for u to use a less detailed books for the remaining such as FA..
I want to ask,U dont have chance to reschedule if u r not ready?
