What r the specific assays that r performed in Factor 7 and factor 13 def.

forfactor 7 or the extrinsic pathway i think that it is PT you can add the factor 7 assay to that and for factor 13 it's the factor 13 assay???i'm not sure if the PTT should be increased in that case i have to check that....

For factor 7 apart from the PT the specific test is RUSSELL VIPER VENOM ASSAY
and for Factor 13 the correct test is 5 MOLAR UREA SOLUBILITY TEST
