And my UW will be done in a couple of days...
But please do keep me in my prayers...
I cant even imagine how it must have been to have ur son undergo such a major surgery...
My problems are so small..

I would be very mad at the guy that did not send the LOR  "WHY DID YOU EVEN OFFER IF YOU WORNT GOING TO SEND IT!!!?" ... hopefully you will not need it
Cheer up drnaik ... hopefully everything will straighten up soon ... ... arent there other guys that should be more responsible for your nephew than you are?! Make them give you a hand

Bioguy.. I think many people are in the same situation as ours. I am feeling better now, I am at my sister-in-law's place, her parents have come .. so the atmosphere at home is so cheerful. It is a big moral support. I am getting things done faster than usual. My program list is complete. PS is almost done.. half of peds is left.
Hi Friends, what I love about this forum is that it lets me know how people in worse situations have handled things. It teaches me so much! I am really grateful to you all.

I feel so guilty for complaining about my nephew's illness .
Poor guy... what could he do?
Initially when I came here.... I would feel so jealous that he sticks to everyone but me....
But since I took care of him .... he rewards me with ample hugs and kisses....
I just realized that kids dont love you for free......
and that when they do return your love..... ITS PRICELESS!

Me too. I want to have kids before I can't. It's so tough being a married woman and still wanting to have a career. limited in a lot of things.

I'm glad I don't have that kind of problem anymore. I mean the pregnancies and deciding the timing for them. If mother nature were fair, men and women would take turns getting pregnant and be equally dedicated to motherhood. Well, but who am I to judge?

I need to get a residency... coz I dont want to reach a stage whr I wont get a guy to marry......

oh, i have a friend from med school, and she has been making me worried even before i was married, about elderly primi, she has 2 kids, and she talks in a way of not having a baby, as a pathetic thing, what i really dont want to hear. i hate her,lol.
