I think the answer is C

First off, one can pretty much rule out the other options......

the limbs are affected contralterally ( in this case it seems to be middle cerebral art so contralteral upper limbs and aphasia)

Homonymous hemaniopsia is also contralateral and involves the Posterior Cerebral artery.....

So I think its C.....

However it would be great if someone could give a detailed explanation! My test is on Monday.

Think it's C too.

i know this might sound silly but how do u decide which side the lesion is? i thought it is a left MCA lesion is affected therefore the patient would have weakness in right upper limb and right lower face and aphasia. there is also contralateral loss of sensaion in face and upper limb (right loss of sensation in face and upper limb).
i picked B , this might be wrong cos i dont know what side the lesion is? please, can someone help me decide which side the lesion is?

this section is at the eye level
so if u judge by supposing your skull tht the area shown in the figure is right above your ear on right side
this area (lower part of convex surface) is area for face
so ans is C
if this section wud hav been at upper level than eyes then it wud hav involved upper part of convex surface ....area for upper limb
if still higher then trunk
and if medial surface then it wud hav been lower limbs
this is accordin to distribution on convex surface of brain
i think i made tht clear
