pre eclampsia/ eclampsia and mode of delivery ? Can some one please define what should be preffered?

C-Section or

Induction of Labour. ( oxytocine)

vaginal delivery...induction,cut down second stage of labor with outlet forceps etc if indicated

i think that would depend more to the maternal and fetal condition

if the mother is stable controlled blood pressure etc..reassuring CTG i think we should go on trial for labout by PG gel but with theater for C\s ready...
correct me if iam wrong,

Vaginal delivery
C-section if there is other obstetric indications or mother or fetal compromise.
