Is there any IMG from India who can help me filling form L5 for california letter,i don't remember the clinical rotations sequence,does it have to be exact date wise???
Please help and thanks in advance

Make it datewise it makes moresense that way.
Or get it from your medical school or a friend.
They scrutinize the application like anything!

It has to be filled by your med school with exact dates which they can verify again when asked by cal med board ,which cal med board does mostly esp for family med and psych rotations ...call your med school to find out and better go yourself/ send family member or friend with copy of your transcript and instructions to fill out L5 form and 10 copies of L5( extra copies of the blank form in case the person at med school makes a mistake, so extra is always good idea) from the cal med website.
Its a little extra effort and time consuming process for IMG's but dont get disheartened and complete it. It is very much doable but try to fill cal letter forms very carefully the first time, the best they can be done ...otherwise ur file will get slowed down and they will ask for docs again from ur med school.
