some one please help me, i need to know whether residency programs offering a preliminary year PGY1 in Internal Medicine that accept IMGs will sponsor H1B visas or they only sponsor J1 visas? I looked for the answer of this question all over the web and couldn't find it. Please tell me if you know and your imput is much appreciated. Many thanx.

oh i'm sorry I dont completely understand what you are asking...but she got her position for a yr..not as a part of an advanced position...she would have to re enter the match next yr.. but probably she'll have a lot of edge over all of us since she has 1 yr of such experience...the same hospital might take her up for a categorical. Does that answer ur question?
