isn't it HLA-DR4? that's my gut choice, so im sticking with it! nod

Is it choice E - HLA DR4? I'm thinking it's an autoimmune process which is likely to be HLA DR3 of HLA DR4.

this condition is most likely to be Alopecia areata universalis....its a autoimmune condition.antibodies are against the hair follicles....answer is most likely to be HLA-DR4

Yea answer is A, APECED syndrome due defect in the AIRE gene? 100% penetrance and all with autoimmunity against the nails and hair.
