Hi Friends,
I have matched but I am not in US now, I sent the scanned forms of application for my hospital, but they did not accept,
do you think I should let the hospital know I am not in US or ask somebody fill out and send the forms on my behalf without telling the hospital?
pleaaase help, I am so confused.

CALL YOUR PROGRAM COORDINATOR (OR EMAIL) AND ASK THEM. I know that I am yelling, but if anyone is confused, this is the time to ask your program what they would like you to do. It might be as simple as mailing the forms to them.
