Many times, if we forget to check about the couples match, the applicant that we invited will email or call me and ask me about the spouse. 9 out of 10 times, we will invite the spouse.

Most of the IVs me and my husband got where from the same program in the same date... but there were programs that didnt were aware we were in couples and sent the IVs on different days... and I had IVs he didnt and he had IVs I didnt. There even was a program where hubby interviewed that didnt send me an IV, and as he really liked the program, he talked to the PC about me and a couple of days later they did send me the IV. So its variable within the programs, but definitely is good to let them know you are in couples since some programs dont even look at it IMO.
