hey friends...
hows everyone doing?
my UW subsciption ended.....could revise only 700 marked qs.....had 850 marked in toto
now i will complete FA and revise kaplan notes n do kaplan q bank if possible......
i took NBME-4 today......i had read people saying its the toughest......but i found it easier than NBME-2......got a higher score than NBME-2.........so my advice is NOT to do NBME-4 atleast........most qs are one or two liners crap......i wish i hadnt spent 45$ on it........
i am curious about UW's test......anyone taking it?

hey !!... gooc luck to everyone .. my exam is in may too (end of may to be xct ) .. hvant been studying tht much ...but will get serious from tom.. wud be finishing pharm and usmleworld (pharm )in th next three days and then from first of may till 10th i will do FA and usmle world .. wat do u guys think ?..( guys i lissen to goljen for atleast one hour everyday and i really recommend that to u all 
on 11th i plan taking nbme 2
verybody here seems to be in great shape especially LAKSHYA !!.. congrats on a great nbme score !

hey abc.....welcome.....my exam is near.....good scores in NBME definitely makes me feel good....but anything can happen on the exam day...
hey bianaca....welcome back after a long time ......yah i think NBME-2 is the best....
i did NBME-6 today.....i got a good score.......i liked it, was the trickiest of all, very balanced and had very nice qs....
havent been studying much for the past few days
gotta study for the next 10 days somehow n take the exam......
hnnb......hows it going? hope you are doing fine.....

ritenow with your nbme scores u def. know u will get a decent score .. so be happy and do your best and leave the rest to HIM
I just did two goljen lectures yesterday plus pham cvs .. not goood  and 15 questions
today's target is one hour of lissening to goljen and 50 usmle world questions and pharm pharm pharm
but today iam going to do pharm first and leave the lectures for the last part of the day ..
good luck with nbme 2 Bianca .. i will take it on 11th of may

Hi all..
Yup lakshya..I did write after a couple of days..But thats because i have not been getting enough score in UW lately..so was depressed
I initially thought with time my score will improve but NO!!!
am stil where i started from...dont know where i am going wrong
And its not like i am too weak in a particular topic...similar percentile in all...Dont know what to do
Thanks abc.. Actually i have postponed nbme for a few days..Was supposed to complete physio before taking it..have nt yet so...

What about you guys...How much improvement did you see from the day you started UW till you ended or till now if still doing it..
Also what is the optimum amount of improvement that SHOULD occur..approx..?

please DONT worry about the UW score......what matters is how much do we know AFTER doing UW not before it. my scores were low in biochem and physiology, but they improved with pathology and pharmacology, dipped again with behav science,
while doing step-2 UW my scores were around 35-45%...i was devastated...i'd see people getting >60% and feel depressed.....but i read the UW answers 2-3 times and finally managed a 99 on step-2.... what matters is how much can we apply on the DAY of the exam, so its better to make all the mistakes now ! all the best...
abc..yah faith in god and oneself is very important...i love listening to golijan too...planning to listen to him again ....all the best..
today i just looked up answers of NBME...will read FA now...

bianca , am still in my reading , Qs r done some , just for some to know which to focus when read .
abc , totally agree re papi's speech once a day , used to do that but now just no time at all with all busy life , will try to b back an hr at least daily .
d 4 99 , HY 100 ... any facts there r more than his RR , pl let us know here , thnx & GL on ur D day .

thank u everyone for ur warm welcome..now i am glad that i have frens to count on.ya i took nbme 3 two months bac got 480 so cudn't gather the courage to go n take the exam.
guys have u taken uw self assessment? planning to take it in few days.

thanks abc1234567 ! i m getting a lil nervous now.......need to revise a lot......just finished FA for the first time......listening to golijan sir for a few hours.....and then solving qs and referring to books.....will try n revise things as much as possible....got time till 10 may only!

Yes his 100 p HY , some said HY 100 p plus other HY pages r lots of mistakes too , also it is old & RR is more than enough , so pl let me know any extra facts in his HY 100 & etc Hy pages .

Shwe HY 100 pages has few things that r not in RR.if u have time go thru them once.
Lakshya u r doin really good. don't be nervous ..with ur scores in NBME u r bound to do good in the exam too.
