AFTER all the shifting and moving mess finally sat down today and joted down a schedule with no gap in it cuz the moment i give gap things starts to fall down quickly afterwards so need to be rigid on this. I have already finished physio, B.S, most path goljan and some anatomy but in breaks so will do it straight now in one go ........my schedule and prep plan from today
1ST READ
1) 10th May-15 =anatomy
2) 16 -21 = micro
3) 22 -27 = physio
4) 28 -2 = biochem
5) 3 -8 = pharm
6) 9- 17th june = pathology+B.S
this is my schedule for first uninterrupted reading and with this i am going to do 100 Q's daily from kaplan q bank and q book.......
2nd READ----------
1) 18th june -22st = anatomy
2) 23 -27 = physio
3) 28 -2 = biochem
4) 3 -7 = micro
5) 8-12 = pharm
6) 13 -21 = pathology +B.S
this will be second read and along with this i will do UW q's and make thorough notes of it
3RD READ--------------
1) 22st july -25 = anatomy
2) 26 -29 = physio
3) 30 -2 =biochem
4) 3 -6= micro
5) 7 -10 = pharm
6) 11 -19th august = pathology
with this i will do UW q's also and q's from kaplan q bank and q book.
4TH READ-------------------------
LAST 27 days i will just revise every subject for 2-3 days depending on what im weak in and do FA and UW revision thoroughly......

hi match 2010 good luck with ur schedule but frm what i see according to this schedule u have not completed even one read till now which is a bit surprising coz u have been studying for a while so even if uve completed 1.5 reads which im sure u have u can easily take ur date for july first or second week...so if u really have a date in august im sure it can be preponed for july 1st week or who knows even june end...
sorry im back to my habit of giving suggestions  but i was just saying anyways wish u luck with ur APPEARANTLY PERFECT schedule

hi optimist.....well i have read all the subjects once before but in over 4-5 months in a very haphazard way because i gave myself to finish each book in 2 weeks and thats where i was never able to do it in one stretch ......so i decided to give myself a very tight schedule where i dont have to take gaps and i can do it in one stretch and thats why u will see i have given myself 5-6 days max this time cuz it will keep me on toes and then only i can finish it ..
i have already done first read in tits and bit not im not very happy with the way i finished it and decided to do it again .......but no i dont want to take the test in july cuz i have to do q's and practice them a lot ...i dont want to take any chance for this exam and i will go when i feel like im well prepared !!!
but thanx for the concern and thnx for checking ......alrite off to studies

hi there match2010 ....i am graduate of 2007 too, and intend to take my exam this year by september. whts ur plan? Where did u graduate from?
I started the prep a year ago, along with my 4th year MBBS, but was so slow, that i havent been able to finish my first PROPER reading till now. insha allah will be done with it this mnth.
Anyways i see u are UPTO the task pretty well , and are very devoted. Well all the best ! Happy STudying!

alrite before going to bed lemme update all i did for these 3 days ...did ch. 7 chapters of neuro ,histo and embryo from kaplan and cardio, blood banking and skin path from goljan notes ......tried to do some q's from kaplan q bank but cudnt do more than 40 so have to do them tomorrow ..........
I cant study for long time anymore cuz its very frustrating and i keep forgetting stuff so i need to squeeze my brain into these 4 months schedule ......seee im not as brilliant like you guys so i need to keep revising cuz this exam means a lot to me in a way and i want to put all efforts i can cuz i dont want to regret with some score all my life.......alrite will update tomorrow now

today was a very lazy day  and only did one chapter of neuro and coagulation dz from path .....get very lazy during day so need to gear up !!

today last day for my anatomy and yesterday i did lymph disorders from goljan path and 2 chapters from neuro and gross anatomy ........oh i have to do a lot today and will update later and then strt physio tomorrow .......................

Hi match2010...... i guess library is the place to be if we want to increase our study pace! Otherwise these 4,5,6,7 hours a day ....lol......it just doesnt seem to heighten up.....Lets B swift
