Do you check the liver span during the abdominal exam?

I think that depends on the case. If its related like a guy with jaundice, do it otherwise just auscultate and light palpation should suffice.

If the case is related to spleen enlargment, we have to check for splenic dullness, right?

Has anybody done on the exam palpation for kidneys enlargement?

yes, if its a case of IM, SCD, CML you got to check spleen. I think in kidney cases CVA is more important and not to be forgotten than routine palpation.

OK is right especially CVA , but pl pl do it gentlely if u r a strong person , does not matter big or small person, do it with just make sense , gentle .. right enough force.
After all it is not a real pt but real person that will get hurt with hart blow .

In practice session, sp c/o the student blow too hard so sp got pain, it is jsut the class learning , demonstartion though .
