I READ it in first aid, a pt with severe chest pain and history of high blood pressure has come to see u. and in the SP check list they have mentioned check whether examinee took BP readings in both arms.
so r we suppose to measure BP in select cases?

In this case, I would write it for work up.

Yes, it would be very time-consuming to check BP. Writing it as a work-up would be a wise idea.
