yes it's A because that it quaternary structure. Hydrophophic and hydrophilic interactions result in tertiary structure because proteins are in an aqueous environment in the body. The protein changes shape to hide the hydrophobic portions from the aqueous environment, while the hydrophillic will be exposed.
