you are right. the correct ans is D compression of CNIII, in combination with descending corticospinal and corticobulbar fibers occurs, as part of superior alternating hemiplagia. B&C involveCN12&6 respectively,in cobination with corticospinal fibers. wallenberg syn(lms) typically doesnt involve damage to corticospinal fibers.
