I have a quick question....I know we are supposed to put D/D´s and Workups in order of "Most Likely"...how harsh is this graded..I mean does anybody know if there is a difference or does it really matter in what order you put your d/d´s? Im saying this always thinking in a logical way....for example in a Migraine Case, some differencials are Tension headache and Cluster headache right? so does it matter if I put one before the other on my PN? Also for Workup tests? Dont know if I made myself clear.

i am not a 100% sure, but i think it is relatively important to put the D/D's in order of likelihood. However, you will not fail the exam if you mess up the order. This exam is one of communication. Step 2 CK is where the facts matter. Even if you mess us the D/D and Workup, you can still pass if you conduct a good history and physical. Anyone else agree?
