I just found out that I passed the Step 3 today in the morning. 
I thought I'd share my experience with you guys since this forum was so helpful.
First let me tell you I graduated Med School in '04 and been in OMFS surgery residency since than. So, I been away from general medicine for a long time.
What I Studied:
Crush Step 3: twice
UW: took off one week before exam and did all the questions once. Took me 12 hours a day for 7 days to do them all.
Did half the CCS cases
Score: 85/207
What I thought:
1) Don't let the UW questions scare you. Step 3 is way easier than UW. On the Step 3 you can always narrow down the question to 2 answers. Most are straight forward not tricky, especially on the first day. Speed is key.
2) Crush Step 3 is enough to pass.
3) CCS: cases were straight forward. One case is impossible.

Congratulations on apssing this exam with a good score.
Can you please share your UW score untimed untimed and if you took NBME.

I actually had bad scores on the UW. The actual exam was easier.
UW Questions: Untimed 50%, once through
did nothing else.
Thought craming all the questions in one week actually helped me learn more.

CCS Cases:
trichomoniasis with sexual abuse: case was a debilitated female who yelled when male caretakers came into the room
DKA
RA
UTI
Pericarditis: thought it was MI first because did not wait for cardiac enzymes to come back
PVD: claudication of leg, did angio for Dx
