this is one of those happiest moments especially after my CS result,which i flunked and i was very dejected.
my exam experience :
after the exam: did nt know how i did it...could not assess anything.the answers were very close,atleast 2 of them and i had a tough time eliminating them.
the night before the exam: slept at 10,but could hardly maintain my sleep,woke up several times.this never happened before for any exam and this further enhanced my tension.
during the exam: utilized the breaks properly,took the first break after 2 blocks,ate a cereal bar .the next break after another 2 blocks ,ate a cereal bar and took a tylenol.later i took breaks after every block.but the last block just seemed too long,i was the only one there and the prometric guy was packing things while i was taking the exam.Utilizing the breaks very well definitely proved an advantage.
My preparation: just read kaplan notes 3 times,usmle world questions 2 times.
nbme 2:228,so postponed my exam for 20 days but did not study anything considerable,just studied the kaplan notes again and did not want to take the nbme once again.Did the usmle cd-got 35,36,31 as far as i remember
NBME score was not predictive in my case for step2 though i got the same score as i had scored in NBME in step1

I think very good attitude of yours after 220 in NBME 20 days before the actual exam...thats perfect self confidence.....very good job and may you will match into residency of your choice with the same power!!good luck.
