Dear friends,
I just took my step 2CK...
what a disaster!!!!
I wasn't aiming for a great score but OMG!!!
what kind of questions were those???
One after the other were driving me crazy!!!
No buzz words, every patient had 1000 problems and medications and what do u do next?
First 2 blocks were so hard, an easier 3rd, and then two more hard to come!!! Finishing them in 43' and no time to go back... I was almost in tears, so angry!! The last two blocks were cool, did them in 30' and then re-checked, made me feel better....
In most of the test I was between 2 good answers and i always had to guess the right one...
And all this stress came so I am sure I even did dozens of silly mistakes...
Much harder than Step 1, trust me...
I had NBME 1 450 and NBME 2 420 , UW: started around 55% and finished them 2x 64% accumulated, kaplan q-book did half of it getting around 70% and USMLE CD 40, 42, 38 or something like that, all around 40/46...

I AM SURE I HAVE FAILED!!!!

Is it normal feeling this way?
Do I have any chance to pass?

Any advise is greatly appreciated....

thanks!!!

I must say I felt the same. I don''t know why everybody says Step 2 CK is easier than Step 1. It was for sure harder, the questions weren't straightforward, long and most of the patients had 20 diseases at the same time.shaking head I'm still waiting for my results and the only thing that I can say to you now is to relax, and don't think about it. Leave it to God and have hope! GL
