if mean is 222 and sd is 20, 68% fall within one sd
about 16% of people will get >240 and 16% below 200.
so > 260 is 2sd. or less than 2.5% of people get this.
99 is i think > 240 then that is only 1 sd or 16% get 99.
what do people think?
