Hello, everyone. I'm desperatelly needing advises here. Old IMG, PhD, research work since graduated, a small grant, just got a faculty position, feel that research is really painful and hopeless (hard to get fundings, etc). Should I go for the board? struggling!!! many thanks.

Thanks, bioboy. You're right, managing time for preparation is really hard. But, anything is possible as long as you tried hard and your best, you'll find a way to handle both. I'll give a try and see. Best wishes to you.
