A 52-year-old male has had a chronic cough with occasional low-volume hemoptysis for the past three weeks He i s a two pack-per-day cigarette smoker, and drinks three to four cans of beer on weekends Physical examination reveals right-sided face and right arm swelling and engorgement of subcutaneous veins on the right side of the neck Which of the following veins is most like obstructed in this patient?

here is a hint. the signs are right sided.



there is only one sup. vena cava, that drains both sides of the face, neck and upper limbs, so both sides will eb involved.
