Hi ,I am preparing for the step 1 and i want to do the q bank .actually i am confused about buying it from kaplan or juste get a cd from ebay .so please any you have any idea about the subject to answer me.

I don't know how the CD works....if you can time yourself, but I think that is a good feature of the qbank. My friend just gave the exam and timing was an issue. You need to practice under test conditions befor going for the exam. After all, it is 8 hours....timed. A note. If you are not sitting for the exam for some time then just get the CD...then later time yourself. That is my advice.

I would rather advise u to go for kaplan Q-bank..i also posted same Q few days back on forum ,,,but for me this is 2nd time...I have failed once and i did Q-bank and i do have CD,,but still i bought kaplan Q-bank again...so that i can do time-test.
In cd u can't do time test-u can by putting your own watch and see the answers after that,,but then while reading answers u have to scroll whole left to right to read one line and it is frankly very frustrating to do that....so it is worth paying for Q-bank,as ur doing for 1st time..this is my experience...then it's all upto u.
