The reason being that ECG and EEG sounds the same on the phone, so they decided to rename to EKG.
Dig tox shows up as hyper K+, so wide QRS and picked T waves.

Also ventricular and supraventricular ectopy, ventricular tachycardia, and ventricular fibrillation.
Sinus bradycardia and heart block.

Morpholgy in theraputic range is:
prolonged PR intervals, depressed (scooped) ST segments, and alterations in T wave morphology
