the question asks about an important step required to restore repro and endo functions. though all the choices may be helpful in an anorexia patient, the repro/endo functions are directly related to increased body wt. so i think advising her to gain wt is the most important step. later therapy should be directed towards family life and then to the individual.

C she has 2ndary AM whihc means she had them earlier and due to her eating habbits and wt loss she has undergone all these changes. she needs to EAT which will increase her wt and re balance her hormonal disturbances.
