In my clinic I was ordered to have A (found proteins +, RBC ++, WBC--) and then B and then C immediately after they saw a stone shadow in left kidney pelvis.

he is in pain cant find comfortable position isnt analgesia the next best step... and then usg not all stones r radioopaque
