half life TETRA is 8 hrs
effective when 250mg is present in the body
infusion rate is???

1/2 life = 0.7*VD/ CL= 0.7/Ke ( Ke= first order rate constant for drug elimination)
1/2 life = 0.7/Ke then ......Ke = 0.7/8 = 0.0875
RO= Ke* A ( A= amount of drug in the body= C*VD= 250)
RO = infusion rate
RO= 0.0875* 250= 21.875
do you have the answer matty??? :?
