hi friends,
i had an unusual interview offer call from a PD saying they they are interested in interviewing me for Geriatrics fellowship program. i was shocked to hear that, and asked whats going on, she said since i have been doing additional course work in that department , they can take me in to fellowship program directly and later on in to residency program, they are yet to set up an interview date, and i am wondering how to face this interview, guys please tell me how to prepare this interview, i have no clue....

Which program is this? two of friends are doing like this.

Nice to hear that you get an interview for a fellowship.
I wonder if you could share your work.
Until now I thought it is impossible to get into a fellowship prior a residency.
