hello out there
I just wanted to have your oppinions about which sessions or topics , you think, are not sufficiently covered in IM Lecture Notes.
It would help me a lot to decide which chapters to support with another book, like step up.
pls tell me what you think..I'd really appreciate that

jeez kaplan note....IM ok but the rest of them a disaster! just look at OBGYN book a total disorganized book.

OMG..u think so??
I've decided to study these notes for CK..u think it's no worth?
I haven't done OB yet...but most oppinions say Kaplan notes and UW is the key to a successful preparation.
what would u suggest instead?

hi there
I just took the exam 3 wk ago and it wasnt bad at all. I studied for 6 wk,started by going over kaplan notes then did the uw site and then went over the notes again. At first glance the kaplan notes seem abit superficial but at the second time i went over them i found alot of answers to the q i got wrong on uw. i underestimated the books but i think if you go over them 3 times youre good to go. The OBG noted are short and well oriented , enough for step 2 for my opinion. Neurology is a weak point so i read a little bit from Lindsey neurology,also did psyc from blue prints. dont waste time on kaplan qbook

It's good to know that . I had already made my decision of studying lecture notes, so the previous oppinion only increased my anxiety
I'm also planning to support neuro with another book( maybe step-up).
Do u think Kaplan Qbook is not worth doing? The surgery section, that I've done was quite easy..

hi once again
You know in medicine everything goes by cost - benefit. Kapaln qbook has very low benefit even for warming up, as opposed to the step 1 qbook. Do something else instead, you wont miss anything by skipping the qbook
