Extra resources Lippincot's BQ, and HY mol. bio. Wikipedia saved me a lot of time on searching for weird topics.
Total study time 6 mo. First 3 mo, 6 hrs a day; last 3 mo. 10 hrs a day.
On my exam I was expecting more mol. bio, as we all know pathophysio was the topic most tested, but on my exam anatomy and microbiology were overepresented. BS two q's per block. Was expecting longer stemed q's.
NBME1 610 2 weeks before exam. NBME1 630 1 week before exam.
Please study hard and have fun studying, it's a fair exam, don't undo the rest of your life because of this... Look if you have the adequate material (FA, Kaplan, Goljan) pace your self and first understand everything and then memorize stuff at the end; be more concerned about understanding the material than on how you are going to remeber it for the test.

Yes.. they are more thatn enough. Usmle World was great for assesing my knowledge in this area also.
