Can some one please explain the difference between rosette test and kleihauer test?
also what is the specific indication for them?

my friend i know that kleihaurs test is a test do to know the quantity of fetal RBCs is the mother is circulation,,,so we can regulate the anti d Ig dose accordingly.
the maternal RBCs get dissolved with alcohol ghost cell,,but not the fetal
