hi everybody
I am doing now UW but i have strange thing,well i do not if it strange or not.
my scores on WU is not constant,
in some exams i get as high as 70% then i dropped to 50 -55%.
my average is 63% now but i do not know why this is?
did anybody experience this befor?
plz need explanation

dude, everyone does that!! if we all got 80 every exam we sholdn't be doing practice exams but should be taking real exam!!! it's fine, that just means there's things u know and things u need to work on, so it will be fine.. just learn from it and dont be obsessed with the percentiles.. it's a learning tool.. use the nbme's to see ur predicted score, they are pretty good at doing that.. best of luc!

like doing uw questions, i heard that if u get an overall score of 60 percent then that maens a good score on the actual exam like 85+, but is that true, ??and should one do qbank before or after uw questions,,plz reply thanks

it is not a rule, these exams is more for practice to get experience about the type of qs
and to learn how to apply what you read.
it is good to have good score on them which give some confidence.
i did not do kaplan q bank but most who do it 1st befor wu.
nbme gives more near estimate to your actual score

hi ra7man , im in the exactly same situation my average now is 63 and some days i can get 70 and other 53 or 58 , but what i notice is that it happend when i left to read ,and i just take exams .
i did kaplan q bank before , and now i taken uw , and yes its the better option because , uw have many tricky questions , and q bank show you how to know the basic , and uw training you to think more in the question .

i think 63 average is very good score...bc i heard some one who got 53 world and real exam 83 in this forum....another one got 55 uworld and real exam 89 ...so if u guys getting 63 so u pplz should feel safe for real exam and write ur exam as soon ass possible,,,,,,,onething 63 should be ur total cumulative not quater of uworld,,,,take care and best of luck on ur exam
