hmm here are few queries and replies
so inkpot well i gave NBME 2 online,and did other just downloaded versions,but i believe u must do nbme1 and 2 ,as exam pattern was more like 1 and 2 ,yeah its true there are few questions in each block,which are time saving,hehehehehhe lol coz atleast i didnt try to understand and ponder for right choice ,even after rereading questions 2 ,3 times i was clueless,and i left then unanswered for intellectuals,coz my brain kinda pea size ,for those questions
well again every1 got different level of understanding and intellect ,so i hope u might be able to do it,kooooool ,best luck

i had a terrible step 1 experience. and i was concerend. im enjoying step 2 prep way more. i guess i hate the basic sciences i hate when they start talking about genetics and go down to the bone.
step 2 is fun so far i hope we get our result good as well.
ruman you are an inspiration brother. keep it up and we are all praying for your another 99. inshAllah you will get it :P

100% agree with dr ruman and oldkidontheblock. Take the test on Mar.28.
I got everything -----Bone and GI X-rays, Brain CT, MRI, Spine MRI, EKGs, Skin Images, eye image, lung function traces, Video chips - heart murmurs.
"no time to go back and read again,as questions are sooooooooooooooooooooooo longLong stem of qs."- yes, yes, yes, yes.............
One small thing I would say is to ask about the ear plugs before starting the test. Sb in the test room hit the keyboard so heavily and fast which resulted in very loud noise. ( I guessed Sb took Computer- based composition test?) I was distracted a lot by it.
Some similar qs are from UW, NBME, USMLE CD which I have done for my preparation. Schedule your time to do them before the test. Kaplan notes are good source. I used Version 2003.
"so move ur butts ,dont relax and dont be happy after reading from somewhere that this exam easy,NO NO A BIIIIIG NO,dont realx and underestimate,u should know all diffrential diagnosis without any doubt specially the top most 3 differential diagnosis "--------It is true.
