Does nondisjunction in early mitosis lead to mosaicism? Please explain how.

Yes. Non-disjunction in mitosis will cause trisomy and daugter cells will have different chromosomal makeup.

Yes. If this occurs in embryo some cells will have the normal number of chromosomes, some will lack a chromosome (these cells usually die) and some will have an extra chromosome. So, the the person will have two karyotypes: cells with normal number of chromosomes and cells with trisomy = mosaicism.
