I passed!  yehey! did mine in philly on feb. 20th.. prepared for about 4 weeks.. did FA and UW.. and one more important reviewer... digitaldoc blog! that blog was great! did not have partners when i practiced.. have to do some monologue..did all cases in FA... did all PN in timed mode... the important thing to get in UW was the physical exam videos.. very helpful indeed.. stayed in loew's hotel in downtown philly.. got a good deal in priceline.. it was a very nice place to stay.. i was with my family.. so the tourist spots were just about a few blocks away... during the exam.. i had several mistakes.. finished all cases on time or before the time was up... wrote my PN.. i felt good after the exam.. though the thought of knowing people who thought they did well on the exam failing, nonetheless, makes me feel uneasy.. anyways.. i passed!! and i drink with y'all on this momentous occassion!!! forgot to thank this forum.. thank you!

Hey yendor,
On average, how many questions and physical exam maneuvers did you forget to do? Maybe 1 per case ? Or less maybe? Can you tell us how that kinda stuff went?
Do you think you missed any diagnoses or workups?

hi platon20!
how many questions and physical exam maneuvers did I forget to do? hmmm.. let me see.. i forgot to ask about the birth history of a peds patient.. i realized it when i was writing the PN.. i did not do all the neuro exam.. such as proprioception, vibration, pinprick, 2 point discrimination... there was just not time for that.. when i did the DTRs, i was not able to elicit any reflex.. the point was that i did it.. i was sure it was normal though.. that's all i can remember for now.. am sure there was more... but I felt good after the exam.. diagnosis/ work-up? i think i did well on that.. they were all in first aid book...
