Both used to prevent acute rejection, but after rejection happens, corticosteroids used.

Thanks Tiff! Since this is an MCQ I don't know which one I should choose Is there anything tricky w/ the word "reserved"? like will "High dose corticosteroid" also be used even if it is not an acute rejection episode? Thanks a lot~!

I think the key to this is knowing that first line for acute rejection is a corticosteroid which is prob why they used the term 'reserved". In chronic rejection immunosupressants may or may not be sufficient and alternate methods need to be considered.
