I am on J2visa. My husband is on J1 and he will get his waiver for 2009.
I will join my residency on J1 and was just wondering is this possible to get it when I am in US or I will have to go back to india and get it stamped.
Will there be any problem in getting it from India or as people say J1 is less sressful visa for programs(not for candidates).
Your help will be appreciated greatly.

Please help me.Anybody in the same situation and had any problem or not at all.I am worried abt the fact of convincing the embassy people that I would come back to home country,on the other hand my husband is looking for J1 waiver.................
