67 male come to office with 1 week hx of increasing productive cough of small clear sputum and SOB he smoke for 40 years but stop smoking 14 month ago after doctors told him you have sever lung disease. Hi now has NO acute distress but he can not speak full sentence without taking his breath, patient BMI 20 onexam most likely show: a) Accessory ms use b) An audible right S3 c) Cyanosis of his extremetis d) LL edema e) Wide splitting S2

A - I think the person has Emphysema who are usually anorexic (low BMI) and not in acute distress (by compensating with the use of accessory ms). Inability to finish the sentence is found in most COPD's.
