I failed the ICE portion. My progress note score was borderline, but my data gathering was very very low, off the charts bad.
I need some help from those who also failed this exam. On your score profile, were any of your bars borderline or were they all very low, below the borderline gray area?
Does the entire error bar have to be above the borderline gray area, or can it cross over a little bit and be OK?

platon,i failed too in ICE and got low scores both in data gathering n in PN.In PN,my score started in the low performance area n just touched borderline and in DATA GATHERING ,very very low score as if i havent asked a single question to the SP's  .So when r u plannin 2 take da test again?GL.

when did you get your score? when did you take the exam.. just wondering.. coz i thought the next batch of scores will be next week.. on the 26th...

No I was on the last cycle. I didnt find this forum until later, so thats why I'm posting about it now.
Anybody else fail? Does the entire score bar have to be above the "borderline" area to pass?
