42 AA Hep C . 3day adimited with fever rt upper abd pain with nausea hx of alcoholon admission vital are fever 101 RR 24 BP100/60 = abd destination, liver span 25cm US upper quadrant 3 small GB stone dilated rt and lf intrahepatic duct lab: AST 442 ALT 650 Alk phos 342 bilrubin 7 WBC 22 Na 140 K 4.2 INR 1.2 Normal PT and aPTT after fluid resuscitation what the next best step:
a) Biopsy of the liver
b) Cholecystectomy
c) CT scan of Abd
d) ERCP with stent
e) measure alpha feoprotien
