36 firefighter trapped in fire and loss his conscious but with O2 he regains his consciousness while he was transferring to ER. Now his complain only from headache but no other problem on arrival his blood gas values while he was breathing 100% O2 show: PO2 493 mmHg PCO2 29 mHg PH 7.53 CarboxyHb 30% which is most appropriate management at this time: a) Admit for carful monitoring his airway b) Begin phyntoin therapy by iv c) Have the patient rebreath 100% O2 10 L d) Intubate the patient in order to allow controlled mechanical ventilation e) Measure the conc of CO2 in his blood

I think not c he already develp respiratory alkalosis? or you mean because his carboxyhb still high?
