Hello dear friends...i m currently on H4...my question is to transfer it to h1 do i have to go back to India ...or it can be done in usa....one of my friend did last year ..she converted her status from h4 to h1 in usa n then she later this year went to india for stamping...i just wanna make sure that this imply for this year too...any input is welcomed
