He does not need luck, the exam is the one that needs the luck after he goes in ther beat the crap out of the exam and then say to the exam, DONT YOU EVER CROSS MY PATH AGAIN, the exam after a 5 days ICU tx and a 2 weeks rehab he will post a grade that is well over 220

Thankyou folks I am overwhelmed. I am still away from home. I just logged on to see this page and didn't have words to thank you guys.Here it is briefly, if I pass i'll write in detail.
For those taking exam tomorrow like Ruman, my best wishes. Last minute tips, don't underestimate Psychiatry. Biostats wasnt much. Good amount of Peds, Trauma and G/obs. Two videos, few slides and few xrays, 2 ECGs. Its a very lengthy exam, a brain-drainer. Fatigue takes over in the end but try to keep concentrating. All questions are like 10 liners with lots of labs. All old people have multiple problems but try to keep focus on whats being asked. I just managed to finish barely on time. First 2-3 blocks were doable then was the hardest part from 4-6 with again 7 doable and 8 was like " I am fed up now". 2-3 questions were like from Mars, I had no clue whats being asked!!!
For my sis and other friends concentrate on Psych. IM questions you can do from step 1 but you can get stuck in Trauma/Obs coz its mostly management. Its basically your judgement in a situation and your knowledge applied, bottom line what would you do if you really got this patient in ER.
Now, I just need your prayers till the result is in. I am desperate coz I sacrifised every thing for this God forsaken exam. Now I am having little fun here with Dhow ( boat) ride last night at Dubai creek and candle lit dinner with my dentist. Today, desert safari for me and my son. Will be back to books for CS coz its in less than one month .
