hi guys
i need ur advice regarding this situation....
ive matched to a program that has stated on his website that it sponsor both J1 and H1 and even it's exempted from H1 cap and i was expecting them offering me H1 visa as i'm done with my step 3 since january (had my exam in Dec. and the score was released on Jan.) but they were telling me yesterday they can only offer J1!!!!
and the problem is that i can't get the "Statment of need" from my ministry of health which is necessary for J1 and for that reason i oroginally took USMLE step 3
i send them email back telling them about that and i'm waiting the response but actually i don't know wt to do if they insisted on J1 and i couldn't get the "statment of need " from ministry of health?
and will it work if i got that letter from my University hospital (cuz im resident now in a university hospital in my home country and university hospitals aren't sponsored by ministry of health thats wy i cant get that letter from ministry of health!!!!)
