Taking an inspiration from nnl i thought of starting this new thread with people who matched wih low scores.....or low scores in any steps or several attempts...

thanks a lott people....this will be of help for boost for people like me who get demoralised on getting scores in just 1 step....this will be a real boost for them to score good in other steps....
or for them with low scores and several attempts...

don't lose hope...i'm one of the low scorers & still managed to get a prematch...go check out my entire usmle experience & IV experience in "I DID IT!!"....IN THE MEANTIME, I'LL WRITE A BRIEF SAMMARY HERE....

CREDENTIALS ....76/ 84/ PASSED 1ST ATTEMPT
PLACE WHERE YOU MATCHED ....FM IN MIDWEST AREA
IVS U GOT 7 IV
VISA STATUS EARLIER GREEN CARD
ANY U.S CLINICAL EXPERIENCE RESEARCH 1.5 YRS/ OBERSVERSHIP 6 MTHS & EXTERNSHIP 3 WEEKS
LOR's US/non US 6 US LORS

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE....I ALSO THOUGHT THE SAME WAY WHEN I GOT MY RESULTS BUT I DIN'T GIVE UP & I PROMISED MYSELF THAT THE DAY I'LL MATCH(LET ALONE PREMATCH) I'LL WRITE MY EXPERIENCE ON THIS WEBSITE AS IT'S LACKING IN SUCCESSFUL STORIES OF LOW SCORERS SO I DECIDED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE HERE & IN THE THOUGTS OF EVERONE WHO THINKS LOW SCORERS CAN'T MATCH.

but both of u were GC...and i think situations are different for GC and IMGs ....
anyways thanks for relieving my tension a little bit

there is still hope left in the world for low scorers, and with GOD's Grace and Blessings of my Elders only that I'm able to reach this spot.........

CREDENTIALS.................83/85 1st attempt
PLACE WHERE YOU MATCHED...............IM in Midwest Area ( Matched, not prematch)
IVS U GOT...................3IV's all from IM( Late in the season, was so anxious till that time)
VISA STATUS EARLIER......................B1/B2 (Visitor Visa)
ANY U.S CLINICAL EXPERIENCE..............3.5 months observership (1.5 months with a Private Physician)
LOR's US/non US......3 US LOR's

I hope it will help everybody in the forum.....
