why do you concider it a desaster?!...may be it's good for you but you don't know, you'll never know what's good for you and what's bad at the end..so do all what you can to make the maximum benifit from this score

Come on, RX. Blink and look at that number again. 96 looks pretty darned good to me. The only thing it can 'crush' would be the PD! So, no death sentence here!
And, when you scored 96, having answered ~30 qns in a hurry, then I'm pretty sure that that was what brought your score below what you had expected.

gogeta...med and surg were t most asked...i had q with large stem(old lady wit copd ,dm ,htn,some cardiac,multiple drugs wit huge list given) i freaked out not able to utilise t time...i advice u to find the buzz word and answer...as such u wont get wat that lady upto cause she has evry possible prob..i felt my exam ok..but it went so fast had..i felt step 1 is much easier
