i applied very late in this match ..i had bad scores and attempts on each step, i will participate next year one more time. i have a question when everything starts and when people are able for example to get a prematch , i have some people are willing to help me.

well, everything starts , like every year, around Sep 1. But to get your application ready, it actually starts several weeks prior to that. You need to get an ERAS token, register and create a MyEras account with you AAMC ID#. You need to send all your paperwork to ERAS for scanning- transcript, MSPE, LORs, create and upload your PS, select carefully your programs regarding minimum scores, grad. date, visas offered, etc...
the earliest you can get a pre-match offer is when you start going to interviews (OCT-JAN), meaning you first have to apply and get invitations for interviews. WHEN you can actually get an offer is highly variable - right on interview day or days, even weeks later.

guys my exact question is when we are allowed to sign a contract for the next year is it september august or earlier.....thank you for ay opinion

definitely not earlier than september...as u start applying on sep 1. the prematch can b offered by a program from anytime between sep1 to jan 31. Jan 31 is when the programs have to submit their match quota.

Just to mention that if you participated in match of 2008, and have already sent your transcript and MSPE, you do not need to resend it for 2009 cycle. They will keep it for you. They will also keep your photo, but you can change it.

thank you justice for the information ..i mean i participate in the match late in february just for the scramble thing ....i have some connections now and more then one i will see what i can do but i will look for a contract outside the match if i can and i was intrested to see if these people will actually help me and when i can expect that to happen ...
